• Example 2: ৳12,000 deposited → ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳22,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount must be wagered (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are usable for betting purposes only.
• No winnings may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• da333 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, da333 may cancel the bonus and forfeit the associated winnings.
• Each bonus has its own individually set expiry; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered serious violations of the Terms:

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event through multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Coordinated betting activity for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

da333's VIP programme has four tiers, determined based on a user's activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher tier is entirely at the platform's discretion and depends on regular betting activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

Technical Disruptions and Service Interruptions

da333 strives to ensure maximum uptime as a reliable platform. However, da333 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost or cancelled due to internet connection disruption.
• Transaction delays caused by errors from third-party payment processors.
